The Robert W. Brown Council of Deliberation is our annual gathering of Freemasons involved in the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry and Order of the Golden Circle, Prince Hall Affiliation, Southern Jurisdiction in the Orient of California. This session serves as a significant assembly for members to deliberate on matters related to the organization’s mission, growth, and ongoing contributions to the community. During our annual session, there will be presentations, discussions on strategic initiatives, and recognition of distinguished service.
